To Islands Travel Agency d.o.o. offers to the passenger the accommodation on the ship and other services presented on its site. Agency, in this affair, appears as an intermediary between the passenger and charter agency or owner. All pictures and information about the boats we have received from the owner of the charter, as well as the prices, and information on actions showed on the site. General charter terms and methods of payment vary depending on vessel owners, and you have to be aware of it when booking a contract. We tried to list all possible expenses and additional payments that may occur beside the price list of all the vessels. Some of them are required (eg. fuel, cleaning of the ship) while others depend on you, whether you want to consume any additional service. The owner of the vessel is responsible for all the complaints about the boat. To Islands Travel Agency has an obligation to try to help resolve any misunderstandings. You take over the boat clean, with the necessary documentation and a full tank of fuel and water. Passenger has an obligation to return the boat in the same undamaged condition.
